How do you ship ice cream without it melting?
We ship our ice cream in insulated coolers packed with enough dry ice to keep the contents frozen for up to 48 hours. We use expedited shipping methods to ensure your treats arrive in perfect, scoopable condition.
What is the 'French Pot' process?
The French Pot process is a traditional small-batch method where we craft only 2.5 gallons at a time. This process creates a dense, creamy texture with no whipped-in air and allows us to create our signature giant chocolate chips.
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
Yes! We offer a selection of Perfect Indulgence frozen desserts, which are animal-free and lactose-free, as well as various fruit sorbets that are naturally dairy-free.
Can I track my shipment?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our ice cream, we cannot accept returns. However, we have a 'Stay Cold' guarantee; if your ice cream arrives melted, please contact our customer service team immediately for a replacement or refund.
Are your products nut-free?
While we offer many flavors that do not contain nuts, all of our ice cream is produced in a facility that also processes peanuts and tree nuts. We follow strict cleaning protocols, but cross-contamination is always a possibility.
